I am a designer with a healthy obsession for user-centered design, documentation, and every last detail. I find joy in crafting delightful digital experiences. I believe in constant communication and the importance of people over pixels as part of my process. I care deeply about forming meaningful relationships in the community and focus on inclusivity, opportunity, and accessibility. I build positive experiences and will continue to empower women in design. As an advocate for diversity in tech, my critical thinking and curiosity has led me to develop tools generating social impact. I have spent the last 17 years collaborating, mentoring creatives, assembling thoughtful company culture, and securing design a seat at the table.
