boopz native app for doggos looking for good ruffviews

Outside my day-to-day responsibilities, I find enjoyment in tackling fun or made up challenges. The following are mini exercises reflecting problems I’ve encountered first-hand or heard about from friends or family.

Boopz app

I adopted a rescue shiba a few years ago and he makes an appearance in my mockups. The app originated from the number of toys I had to throw away within first year of adopting him. It took a bit of research to find a brand sturdy enough to endure the chewing and rough play. (For other dog parents, I recommend Fluff & Tuff and Tuffy’s.)

Your furball can create ruffviews of their favorite toys.

To spread the love, they can add Where to buy to help other doggos share with their humans.

Search is important since they can’t sniff around.

Boopz feed includes a wide variety of toys with the ability to rate products created by other puppers.

Daycare app

Yoshi is able to checkin, pay for services, and review his daycare reports with a digital badge.

Apple watch restaurant app

If you’ve ever dined at a Brazilian steakhouse, you know the restaurant provides each guest with a coaster signaling servers when to offer food. Throughout the duration of a meal, there could be 50+ interactions from food runners to servers checking on your table (dependent on party size). To add to the chaos, each time a slab is meat is brought to the table servers ask guests how they prefer their meet to be cooked.

This app would enable guests set their preferences prior to sitting down to eat. Guests would check once seated, and set how they would like their meat to be cooked with the ability to easily pause and start service. Similar to sushi, you can easily lose track of what you have eaten. Users would be able to review the number of dishes and caloric count for items consumed.
